Use this form to submit your order for a tying cabinet by printing it out and faxing to (805) 933-1885. Note we can only ship to the address where you receive your credit card statements. Orders will be shipped after verification of your credit card information and you will receive confirmation at the email address you specified below. Your card will not be charged until the order ships.

Domestic orders will be shipped via UPS Ground. Shipping and handling will be between $29.50 and $45.00 depending on your UPS zone. Overseas orders will receive a quote for shipping and handling and WILL NOT be shipped until you confirm the order by return email. Allow four to six weeks for your cabinet to be built and shipped. Avoid the Christmas rush and order early!
